3/4 c. corn starch
1/4 c. flour
1 cup water
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 t. vegetable oil
food coloring
Cook in a sauce pan until the mixture start gathering on the stirring spoon and starts forming dough. It will take about 5 minutes. Dump onto wax paper and knead to form a pliable mass. Cover in plastic bag or covered container.
