Key Lime Pie

crust:

* 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
* 6 tablespoons melted butter

in a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan to make an even crust.

*filling:

* 2 14oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
* 3/4 cup lime juice (about 8 limes)
* 2 eggs
* 2 drops green food coloring

combine the condensed milk, lime juice and eggs and whisk until well blended. mix in the green food coloring. pour into the pie crust and even out the top with a spatula. bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
