French Dip

4-5 lb rump roast
1 can beef consumme
1 pkg aju mix
1 pkg italian seasoning
1 can water

poke meat. put in crockpot. cook all day on low, or 5-6 hrs on high. shred meat. serve on toasted rolls with cheese and use juice for dipping.
