Molten Lava Muffin Cakes

6 oz unsweetened chocolate
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/4 stick butter
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
1 t vanilla

Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave. Add the flour and sugar to the chocolate. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Divide evenly into greased muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 11 minutes.
Serve with chocolate syrup, ice cream and/or a sliced strawberry on the side. Top with whipping cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
