Poppy Seed Spinich Salad

Spinach leaves
Head of Lettuce
Red Onion (I leave out)
Sliced Mushrooms
Shredded Swiss or Mozzarella Cheese
Crumbled Bacon
*Can add boiled eggs and/or cottage cheese

Dressing:
¾ cup sugar
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon onion juice (grate onion) (I leave out)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ Tablespoon poppy seeds.
